Absolutely loved our stay here! The location is perfect—right near everything but still peaceful. The flat was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely come back. Felt like a home away from home!

I have just had the most amazing stay at Harbourside 43 in Sydney and would recommend people book to stay there when you are next in Sydney. The views are second to none and the location is perfect, a short ferry ride to Circular Quay, Darling Harbour, Luna Park. Mc Mahon Point has great shops and restaurants a short walk up the hill from the accommodation. Our host was proactive, friendly and no request was a problem. I will definitely look to book here the next time I am in Sydney.

Fantastic apartment in the most convenient location in Sydney. Walking distance to all the major attractions around the harbour. You will be spoiled for choice of pubs, restaurants and local entertainment.

Gabriel was a terrific host and the apartment, with its direct harbour views of the Sydney Harbour bridge, Luna Park and the Opera House were amazing.The apartment is well furnished and comfortable, and is easily accessible to the city with the McMahons Point ferry wharf on the doorstep.We loved everything about this lovely apartment and its location.We recommend it to everyone.

Update - the comment below is a lie. I still have not received a refund. in his comment below the man also says I booked a moderate policy and that he explained this to me and offered me to rebook. Complete nonsense and not true. He did not at all he simply refused to refund me and reiterated the “strict” policy and also when Airbnb requested it he refused. I am happy to share screendumps if anyone wants to see them as it is all in evidence. I cancelled my stay as per his request . Airbnb asked for a refund and he said no.Original review.I had a terrible experience with this Gabriel and this company on Airbnb. I booked an apartment in the heart of Sydney and he has put a “strict” policy on it. Be careful with this! As if you cannot make the trip and give plenty of notice they will refuse to repay you. I booked for my mother’s birthday. Unfortunately my mother became extremely unwell in the last week so we are not able to travel given she is having treatment. Despite 2 months notice And explaining our sad circumstances, Gabriel refused to give me back the $900 I paid. Absolutely no morals and completely heartless. I would be very careful with trusting Gabriel. He also said he needed to check with “higher management” and told me to cancel it so he could “begin the escalation process”. When I cancelled the booking he then did not begin an escalation process and simply refused - also it appears that he himself is the “higher management” he needed to escalate to. Airbnb to their credit did try to mediate and requested a refund but he still refused. An absolute scammer in my experience.

Great place in a fantastic location. The apartment was walking distance to Walsh Bay, The Rocks, Circular Quay and the CBD. The apartment was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for our stay in Sydney. We’ll be back again!

Would give 0 stars if I could. Possibly the most unreasonable hosts encountered on Airbnb.Do not book with them for short term stays in Sydney as they make you upload private photos to their 3rd party website (not mentioned on listing).I'm understand if they want to retain a copy of government issued ID, however instead they send you a random link to upload their new ID requirements for their own "security" (you're forced to take selfies).Would not recommend to anyone who respects your own personal privacy. These host will hold your money hostage and are incredibly frustrating to deal with.I hope any future guests will also screen out all accommodations managed by you.

Excellent service. After the covid lockdowns, I decided to travel abroad for a number of months... HomeHost helped me list and manage my Bondi property with a seamless process. I was able to travel carefree, knowing HomeHost were addressing all short term rental requirements of my property while I was away. After initial set up I didn't need to do anything, and just watched the money come in (well above the standard rental rate). Very happy with Gab and his team. False and misleading images online !!! I was told the apartment had "magnificent views of the harbor bridge". Then when I went to confirm the property I was booking was indeed the one in the images and the one described with the views, I was told "no that apartment is not available you will be given a different property all together and there is no views at all'.

Property is in inner Sydney (Erskineville) can hardly believe that is out of the way. Obviously they only want to claim the 25% of your income and will not offer just a cleaning service. be upfront and just state that on initial contact.Update: After leaving this review my wife and I have both been harassed with emails, phone calls and text messages from their team telling us to remove the 1 star review as it will hurt their reputation.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Possibly the most unreasonable hosts encountered on Airbnb.Do not book with them for short term stays in Sydney as they make you upload private photos to their 3rd party website (not mentioned on listing).I'm understand if they want to retain a copy of government issued ID, however instead they send you a random link to upload their new ID requirements for their own "security" (you're forced to take selfies).Would not recommend to anyone who respects your own personal privacy. These host will hold your money hostage and are incredibly frustrating to deal with.I hope any future guests will also screen out all accommodations managed by you.

The team from HomeHost did an excellent job managing my 2 apartments in Sydney city. Roooms always cleaned immaculately, linen service always on time and generally overall a very pleasant team to deal with. A+++ Property Managers!

HomeHost has been managing my unit since March 2020 and Gabriel and all his staff have been amazing. I have been stuck overseas for the last 3 years due to COVID and Gabriel has gone the extra mile in attending to any big changes I needed to make ie arranging for my unit to be repainted and getting new furniture. Gabriel and his staff have ensured that they kept me up-to-date with all Airbnb legal requirements. I highly recommend the services of this company.

Excellent service. After the covid lockdowns, I decided to travel abroad for a number of months... HomeHost helped me list and manage my Bondi property with a seamless process. I was able to travel carefree, knowing HomeHost were addressing all short term rental requirements of my property while I was away. After initial set up I didn't need to do anything, and just watched the money come in (well above the standard rental rate). Very happy with Gab and his team. I highly recommend HomeHost to manage your property across Airbnb and related sites - for trusted service and impressive occupancy rates.

False and misleading images online !!! I was told the apartment had "magnificent views of the harbor bridge". Then when I went to confirm the property I was booking was indeed the one in the images and the one described with the views, I was told "no that apartment is not available you will be given a different property all together and there is no views at all'.

We used HomeHost to rent out our property while we were on an extended trip overseas and I could not recommend Gabriel and the rest of the team more highly. Gabriel was super responsive throughout, extremely proactive in finding tenants and generally managed the whole process seamlessly. We didn’t have any issues to deal with for the 5 months+ that HomeHost was managing the rental. Great company and great service. Highly recommended. 5/5

The company were so helpful in providing information I needed to comply with STRA regulations. They were prompt in answering my call, gave me information on regulations, and answered all my questions. They were fantastic. Highly recommend them to other short term accommodation hosts.

I had been considering renting out my home for a while but was always concerned about who could I trust with it.A friend of mine recommended home host and I haven’t looked back. They are always so reliable, efficient and diligent when it comes to their attention to detail. I’ve recently got my parents onto them and they are now using them for their investment properties and getting great yield return.

Signed up with them and all seemed fine, then 5 days before the first booking they emailed me to say they could only service my property if it was fully managed by them, and that it was too far for their core team to go to. Property is in inner Sydney (Erskineville) can hardly believe that is out of the way. Obviously they only want to claim the 25% of your income and will not offer just a cleaning service. be upfront and just state that on initial contact.Update: After leaving this review my wife and I have both been harassed with emails, phone calls and text messages from their team telling us to remove the 1 star review as it will hurt their reputation.

Homehost is completely trust worthy! We got the BEST results after using them for just 1 year!
